Google Buzz, Google Talk, Google Mail, Google News, Google Maps, Google Search, Google Android, Google Nexus One, yes truly Google has become a character in our life. As always Google is coming up with interesting, simple and innovative products. There are some interesting products which I happen to come across in the Google Labs (a website for Google products that aren’t quite ready for the big screen yet) like Google Fast Flip, Google Image Swirl, Froogle, Product Search, Patent Search and Similar Images Feature. Try them you can definitely benefit out of them .
Ever wondered flipping through news articles in web like we do in magazines or newspaper? , Google has answered with a nice product named “Google Fast Flip”. Google Fast Flip is an application which allows users to search for news article and presents them in a nice flip through pages. The users can customize the topics and the publishers. Also there is a mobile version which is released which works currently in iPhone and Android Phones.

Formerly named as “Froogle” is a price comparison product launched by Google. It uses Google’s search technology to search for products and compares the products and directly points to where one can buy that product from. The search results are completely unbiased and Google ranks results based on only the relevance of the search terms. Sellers can include their products using Google Base or by visiting the information for sellers page.
If you are planning to build an iPad Killer, before starting off with the actual implementation check once if someone else has already obtained a patent for your idea using the Google Patent Search. A search engine which indexes around 7 million patents which were on paper. OCR has been performed to make them searchable. J Google is trying to improve the indexes as some of the IBM patents were not found in the search results.
