8 -Bit Rebellion

Linkin Park has come with a new game called 8 bit rebellion. Soon available only for Apple iPhone and iTouch for a start, they are hoping to release it for other mobile platforms as well in the future.The game, as said my mike in a chat with him is as follows,

"The game takes place in a world that used to be all "low resolution." 8-bit and lower...
Then an evil corporation arrived, and they've brainwashed everyone to buy higher resolution. They are called PixxelKorp. A small rebellion has begun, to fight against PixxelKorp. You (the player) may be our only hope to combat the evil!
As you get through the game, It's laid out like an RPG style game, but it's got a strong social community aspect. You can talk to all your friends playing, and play together. You solve various missions to fight PixxelKorp. If you finish the whole 1st mission, you get something AWESOME.”

Items have been stolen from the six leaders of the rebellion. The players get selected by the rebellion and collecting the stolen items is the rebellion’s only hope to thwarting the plans of the evil PixxelKorp.” The secret at the end of the game is a brand new Linkin Park song. Really awesome. How cool can that be! Can’t wait! But it’s still waiting period! They have conducted a series of testing events in LA, Berlin and Hong Kong.Hoping it to get released soon. Can’t wait to play the game hard to listen to the brand new LP track. It sure is worth a wait.
